P&W: the untold story continues

We arrived an hour before the ceremony to have a quick drink in James and Monique's hotel room.
But just where does Borat fit in?

I found him in the local Saturday paper. But he didn't stay there for long. Monique folded him up and straight into P&W's wedding card he went. Naturally. I mean, the page has got the date. the date they got married. get it!

We drank some wine out of hotel mugs. Monique leant me her necklace.

James and Monique fought over who would get to take home the stuffed lion that came with the hotel room. It came down to a bum contest.
You decide!







But John wanted in on the contest, too.


After a few glasses of wine were passed around
(only two hotel mugs in the room), off to the wedding we went.
As the celebrity stars of the event, John and I were whisked away to the front where we occasionally turned to wave at the others in the back --though they were quite far away --in the nose bleed section, if you will.

Not really nervous about doing my reading, I took the opportunity to have another read through, when I happening to look at John, who was face was a bit red. He was choking up! choking up while I still had to get through the reading. he pretends to be a hard man, but get him at a wedding...




yay. Patricia and Wayne are married.



Off for champagne and canapes.
I accidentally eat liver, but we all decide it's okay because it's chicken liver.
We decide we need wine to leave in James and Monique's hotel room. Patricia finds out and is worried that we won't get through the many bottles on our table. She needn't have worried.
Dinner was fantastic and the flowers really lovely. We were sitting at the university/internet friends table. James and Monique get props for being the only two people at all the Laurier weddings to date. Very impressive. I am thrilled to be at one. finally.
Wayne's uncle reveals much about Wayne. Patricia's dad tell's Wayne and Patrica what they should name their first child.
Bring on the dancing. or Bring on John making me dance on an empty dance floor.
But the dance floor didn't stay empty for long. Oh no. Wayne soon took to the floor
